Project Details
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath design for a home of 2,304 sq. ft. which replaces one that was previously on the site. This is the first home for this client and it has been a great experience for them.
The home was designed with solar in mind, having lots of flat roof area. A very simple design, but very functional and room for a family!
The site has good views of the King Mountain Range in Northern California.
