This Clinic is presently a small existing building with lots existing to be utilized to expand into a 16,000 sq. ft. addition including use of the present structure. The Client desires to create a area for a “teaching facility” with solar power, water heating, elevators, public restrooms, parking and all handicapped facilities for a commercial building. This is only in the planning stages at this time.
