Project Details
At 1125 square feet, the Martin house gets filtered sunlight but uses skylights to help provide lighting for indoors. Built in 2006, it has a beautiful ocean view and the large deck provides solar potential.
Built on a sloping lot, the structure’s size was confined by the terrain. A full basement, utility room and recreation room provide extra space for the owner.
