This Client purchased a home and lot that was not well constructed but the lot has a scenic ocean view and overlooks a valley and with a redesign it can become a home that he and his family will enjoy for years to come. The design will bring the present home up to code and will be twice the size of the existing dwelling.
This home is “off grid” so all power, water heating is to be solar, with a propane back up. Total living area when completed with be 4, 118 sq. ft. The design is now with the Engineer and in the Planning Dept. of Humboldt County.
